CDL A Night Shift Driver - $24 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Greer, SC.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 
Drivers must have their TWIC card and be able to operate a manual transmission. 

CDL A Details: 

  • Schedule: Sunday - Friday, 5:30pm - 5am

  • Pay:  $24 Per hour + OT after 40 hours

  • Route Type: Local shuttle runs

  • Equipment: Manual transmission

  • Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

  • License: CDL A

  • Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

  • Endorsements: TWIC Card, Hazmat preferred can obtain once hired

  • Equipment Experience: Container experience

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

  • Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

  • Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

  • Perform required handling tasks 

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

  • Meet the physical demands of the role
