Our Pole Division offers opportunities for two different levels of CDL-A truck drivers: those with boom experience, and those without. Drivers without boom experience are welcome to receive on-the-job training and increase their earning potential!

Benefits for Buddy Moore's CDL-A Flatbed truck drivers in the Pole division:

    • Flatbed starting pay is 27% of linehaul -- average $1,400-$1,700 per week
    • Experienced boom truck operators earn $1600-$1850 per week

Flatbed Truck Driver Pole Division Orientation:

  • At the Birmingham, AL terminal
  • Typically 2 days, unless extra training is required
  • Earn your normal salary starting orientation day!

Minimum Requirements for Pole Division:

  • Must have a current Class A CD
  • At least 2 years flatbed truck driving experience
  • No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • Coil experience preferred
    • Training will be provided to drivers without coil experience
