Job Description:

Overview:

The Field Service Engineer - Probe Card will provide technical support and service to customers. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope to manipulate microscopic wires using tweezers. The ideal candidate will have basic electronic diagnostic skills for troubleshooting and repairing circuits, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and excellent communication skills. A successful candidate is a self-starter, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote technical support and service to probe card customers.

  • Work under a microscope to manipulate microscopic wires using tweezers.

  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document work and communicate with customers.

  • Work independently without daily supervision, maintaining flexibility and organization.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electronic issues.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
