  • Youโ€™re a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:
    • Business Technology Management, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering Technology Management, Information Science, Information Technology
  • This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
  • Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
  • In addition to role-specific projects, youโ€™ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this roleย ย 

As a Spectrum intern, youโ€™ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. Youโ€™ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

This intern will support the Mobile Device Data and Operations team by handling the collection of new product data to be enriched and distributed to our product catalogs and vendor partners. This role will be at the forefront of developing new toolsets to drive quality and efficiency into our data development processes.ย 

  • Intern will be involved in the development of new workflow designs within either the Knime and or Alteryx platforms, using Oracle and Snowflake databases in order to deploy new application tools within the AWS platform.

Required qualifications

  • Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS (Administration) Certification, Python, AI, Regex, Data cleansing, Data enrichment, Sharepoint, Excel, Power Apps, Basic SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, or similar
