Role Description The Private Tutor is a part-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on student needs and scheduling. The tutor will provide one-on-one and small-group instruction, both in person and online, in core academic subjects such as math, English language arts, science, and social studies. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning tailored lesson plans, delivering engaging instruction, assessing student progress, and adjusting teaching methods to support diverse learning styles.   • Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience in an educational setting is highly beneficial.
  • Elementary Education major or Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education; relevant coursework or certifications in teaching or tutoring are a plus.
  • Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends, and to travel within the Las Vegas, NV area for in-person sessions.
