What are turtles?

Turtles are reptiles known for their distinctive bony or cartilaginous shells, which protect their bodies. They belong to the order Testudines and can be found in a variety of environments, including oceans, freshwater, and land. Turtles are known for their slow movement, long lifespans, and unique method of retracting their heads and limbs into their shells for protection. They play important roles in ecosystems, such as maintaining healthy aquatic environments and dispersing seeds. Many turtle species are threatened or endangered due to habitat loss, pollution, and illegal trade.

  2. Edit existing static visual content for digital platforms where more micro-adjustments are needed, including but not limited to resizing, color correction, and text overlay.
  3. Utilize AI-assisted design platforms to explore creative concepts, accelerate ideation, and develop engaging visual content that aligns with brand objectives and audience needs.
  4. Collaborate regularly with internal and external (the latter, agency) key stakeholders across different workstreams related to digital visual content, with a proactive mentality and approach toward learning platform best practices, trends, and opportunities.

  7. Regularly sync with Digital Assets Manager to ensure all appropriate visual content is uploaded and the latest on both the Creative Server as well as the company's digital asset management (DAM) platform.

Closing Statement / Other Duties:
  • Work with other Creative Services as well as Social Media teams to prioritize consistency across different visual branded content.
  • Consult with other relevant global and/or regional creative partners to prioritize consistency across global visual branded content.
  • As needed, assist with original content captures, either as an extra eye or as additional support, especially around productions for which the asset output will ultimately be used by this role.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience, primarily focused on digital and consumer-facing assets within a Consumer Product Goods (CPG) brand or agency environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom).
  • Experience with e-commerce photography, basic video editing, and DTC/email platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo) strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet quick-turn deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail across formats and platforms.
  • Proactive, trend-aware mindset with the ability to continuously learn and apply evolving digital content strategies.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, E-Commerce, and Creative/Production teams.
