Resort/Marina Maintenance

Location: Grand Rivers, KY 42045

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Resort/Marina Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of our resort and marina facilities. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort buildings, marina docks, boats, and equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Maintain landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor recreational areas.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist with seasonal preparations and special projects as needed.
  • Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
