Seeking Licensed Plant Health Care Professionals 


Are you a dedicated and skilled, hands on, Plant Health Care professional with a passion for nurturing green spaces? Caldwell Tree Care is seeking licensed individuals to join our team and help us maintain the health and vitality of trees and landscapes across our community. 


Role and Responsibilities: 


As a Georgia Licensed Plant Health Care professional with Caldwell Tree Care, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Diagnose plant, shrub, and insect issues to recommend effective treatment plans. 
  • Oversee and perform pesticide, fertilizer, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) applications. 
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pesticide regulations in GA.. 
  • Communicate with clients regarding treatments and long-term care strategies. 
  • Maintain accurate records and licensing documentation. 


Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have: 


  • A valid GA Pesticide license is required. 
  • Strong knowledge of many plant species, diseases, and pests. 
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. 
  • A passion for environmentally conscious and sustainable integrated pest management (IPM). 
  • ISA, CTSP or other industry certifications preferred.
  • Degree or coursework in horticulture, arboriculture, turf management or related field.
