Turf Valley Resort's Members Grill is looking for one Server/Bartender to greet guests warmly, offer menu insights, and serve courses and beverages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
I. MONITORING YOUR ASSIGNED TABLES
  • Greet your guests in a friendly manner
  • Make suggestions and answer questions regarding food, daily specials, beverages and alcoholic beverages
  • Knowledgeable of the ingredients in all entrees
  • Knowledgeable of beer, wines and liquor and make recommendations to guests
  • Serve courses from kitchen and service bar
  • Assess and anticipate customer's needs
  • Clean and clear customer's table
  • Provide quality service to customers

II. PROCESSING FOOD ORDERS AND PAYMENT
  • Ring orders on the computer
  • Process special food requests

  • Availability to work with flexibility to work 3-4 days per week to include weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, reaching, bending, and handling soapy water.
  • Must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service.
