What You Bring to the Table

  • Valid Alberta Pesticide Applicator License (not an assistant applicator's license)

About the Opportunity

This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Property Maintenance division at Peter Hughes Landscape. This work includes, but is not limited to, integrated pest management (IPM), broadleaf weed control, vegetation management, and grass cutting.

  • Apply pesticides and herbicides following established safety guidelines and environmental regulations
  • Calculate and mix chemical solutions based on specific requirements, dependent on the target species
  • Keep detailed records of pesticide and herbicide applications, including quantities used and locations treated
  • Drive trucks with an attached trailer
