Shaw's Retail Sales Division is looking to hire aRegional Vice President of Retail Salesto leaditsOklahoma & Western Arkansasmarket. This people leader will consistently achieve desired business results, positively influencecustomersand develop andfacilitatethe continued growth of the Territory Sales Managers (TMs) on their team. This leaderis responsible forleading, motivating, training, and directing the Territory Managerstoaccomplishthe corporate goals for their assigned brands. A key responsibility of the Regional Vice President is the implementation, development, and management of all programs, be it product introductions,product promotions, sample placement, or the communication of any specific programs.

This position willresidein and work from the greater Tulsa, OK or Oklahoma City, OK area.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Regional Performance

  • Own and deliver on regional sales, margin, and market share goals

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with divisional priorities

  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust go-to-market strategies

Lead, Coach, and Develop Talent

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Territory Managers

  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Identify talent gaps and develop succession plans

Customer & Market Leadership

  • Build relationships with key dealers and strategic accounts

  • Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics and competition

  • Represent Shaw in the field and at industry events

Execute "One-Shaw" Strategy

  • Align brands, product categories, and internal teams

  • Ensure execution of product launches and initiatives

  • Drive a solutions-oriented customer approach

Operational & Financial Leadership

  • Manage regional performance with P&L understanding

  • Execute pricing, programs, and profitability targets

  • Partner internally to resolve customer challenges

Change Leadership & Execution

  • Lead change initiatives with accountability

  • Set performance expectations and standards

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of previous Territory Management experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must reside within the division (Tulsa, OK or OKC)

  • Frequent travel required

Preferred Experiences and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven leadership experience in sales within flooring, building products, or related industry

  • Strong understanding of retail distribution and dealer networks
