Operations Assistant Manager - Turf Maintenance
Location: Summerville, SC

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations for our turf maintenance team. This role is responsible for managing technicians, scheduling, training, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting company growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and technician performance
- Manage scheduling, routing, and workflow efficiency
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new technicians
- Ensure services are completed safely, accurately, and to company standards
- Address customer concerns and support service quality improvements
- Monitor equipment, vehicles, and inventory
- Collaborate with leadership to meet operational and growth goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in turf maintenance, lawn care, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of turf applications, spraying, and industry best practices preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
