Are you a high-energy "closer" with a passion for the green industry, and own the sales cycle from the first handshake to the final installation?

 


Only apply to this High-visibility regional role for a market leader in natural sod and artificial turf solutions if you possess:

· 5+ years outside sales success to homeowners, contractors, golf course/athletic, and municipality clients for sod, turf, hardscape or landscape construction.

· Known by your peers as a self-motivated professional who excels in technical site visits, accurate estimating, and CRM discipline.

 


Your Rewards:

· Base salary of $55-$60K with commission to exceed $100-$150K first year

· Company benefits (vehicle allowance, Health benefits, PTO, 401K, etc.) 

No cold calling – leads and referrals from 50+ years of excellence are provided.



As Sales Representative / Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact coordinating dispatch, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.

· Drive Growth: Identify and qualify new B2B and B2C opportunities, maintaining robust prospect pipeline.

· Technical Sales: Conduct site visits delivering accurate, professional bids and closing sales opportunities.

· Project Leadership: Manage project timelines, communicate site expectations to crews, and ensure quality.
