It is practiced both as a standalone discipline and as part of other sports like cheerleading, artistic gymnastics, and dance. Tumbling helps improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness, making it suitable for all ages and skill levels. Athletes typically train on spring floors or tumble tracks to safely execute and perfect their skills.

What are the main challenges faced by a tumbling coach, and how can they be addressed on the job?
