Job description

Summary TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team, responsible for engineering and supporting Windows-based environments. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in troubleshooting and automating tasks.Description The Systems Engineer will engineer, support, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and up desktop operating systems and manage deployment methods for Windows workstations. Responsibilities include handling Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Defender, and Windows Server 2019 technologies. You will also conduct and review Rapid 7 scans, create automation processes with PowerShell, and address issues involving desktop applications and M365 products. Additionally, documenting system changes and assisting Tier1 and Tier2 personnel with user issues and network troubleshooting will be key tasks.
