What is a Trx job?

A TRX job typically refers to a role involving TRX suspension training, a form of bodyweight exercise that leverages suspension straps for strength, stability, and flexibility training. TRX trainers or instructors guide individuals or groups through workout routines using these straps to target various muscle groups. This period often involves increased training, feedback, and assessment of skills relevant to the position.

What does a typical day look like for a TRX Instructor?

A typical day for a TRX Instructor involves preparing and teaching group suspension training classes, developing customized workout plans, and providing hands-on guidance to participants to ensure proper form and safety.
