Overview

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay, Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive pay:
  • $21.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
  • Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 21.00 for each billable client hour worked
  • 20.00/hour paid for all non-billable during training and administrative time as a BT and 15.00 for all non-billable during training and administrative time as an RBT.
  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
  • Fully paid training — no experience required
  • Company-paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
