Your Role
As aTherapist at PGS, you will delivercompassionatepsychiatriccare to residents in skilled nursingandlong-termcaresettings. You will work autonomously whilestayingconnectedto a robust clinical and administrativesupport team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provideindividual and family counseling to patients
• Coordinate care and consult with facilityteams(Administrator, Director of Nursing, SocialServices)
• Adhereto state andfederal clinicalguidelines and PGSprotocols
• Educatestaff andsupport holistic,patient-centered care
• Maintainclear,timelydocumentation

• State licensure as aPsychologist or Clinical SocialWorker (MD, DC, VA, PA, orNJrequired)
• Monday-Fridayavailability duringnormalbusinesshours
• Ability to standfor 20 minutesandlift upto 15 pounds
