Job Summary (List Format):
- Work Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks; Monday-Friday otherwise
- Location: ProMedica Hickman Cancer Center, ProMedica Flower Hospital, Sylvania, OH
- Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
- Patient Volume: 8 visits per day
- Work Setting: Adult outpatient, 1 treatment room
- Required Certifications: BCLS, ARRT, Ohio state license
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years; first-time travelers accepted (no locals within 50 miles)
- Department Procedures: SRS, SBRT, IGRT, IMRT, Electron, and Conventional treatments
- General Skills: CBCT/kV/mV imaging (required); Wedges, Emergency Cases, Aria, EPIC, and Varian treatment machines (preferred)
- Pre-treatment Skills: CT Simulation, Tumor Localization, Custom molds/shields (preferred)
- Treatment Planning System: Eclipse (Varian)
- Specialty Treatments: Electron Field, Respiratory Gating/Breath Hold (Left Breast), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Gynecomastia, Prophylactic and Benign Brain Tumor treatments
- Cancer/Illness Experience: Pancreatic, Testicular, Kidney, Prostate (w/ Seeds/Fiducials), Leukemia, Hodgkin’s/Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Graves Disease, Keloids
- Linear Accelerator Experience: Varian TrueBeam, TrueBeam Edge, Trilogy
- Documentation Systems: ARIA, Epic
- Uniform: Dark gray scrubs
