About Ice Solutions

Ice Solutions is a rapidly growing manufacturer of liquid deicing and anti-icing products serving retailers, municipalities, snow contractors, airports, and commercial customers across the United States. • Coach, mentor, and develop Territory Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, sales activity metrics, forecasting, and CRM compliance.
  • Develop sales strategies that drive profitable growth across all channels.

Retail Program Development

  • Develop and execute Ice Solutions' national retail sales strategy.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships with major retailers, distributors, and buying groups.
  • Lead buyer presentations, line reviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop retail pricing strategies, promotional programs, merchandising initiatives, and launch plans.
  • Build standardized sales processes, onboarding materials, and retailer support programs.
  • Recruit and build a dedicated retail sales team as the business grows.

Business Development

  • Personally manage strategic retail opportunities during the program's startup phase.
  • Assist with large commercial opportunities when needed.
  • Represent Ice Solutions at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure successful customer onboarding and execution.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success developing relationships with retail buyers or large commercial accounts.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing CRM systems, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build scalable processes.

Preferred Qualifications
