Job Title: Sr. Marketing Manager

About the opportunity: The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping the Rx/Contracted businesses strategy and translating it into actionable, insight-driven marketing programs across multiple channels. The role will be responsible for driving portfolio market share and volume growth in support of contract wins and positions, as well as optimizing all target engagement.

  • In addition to strategic leadership, this role plays a central role in product launch planning and lifecycle management across the portfolio. This position also partners cross-functionally with sales, digital, and market access teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies and impactful field support, ensuring the Rx portfolio is competitively positioned and effectively activated in market.

Location: This is a fully remote position, ideally located in the EST-US time zone.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for all strategic development of Rx portfolio, inclusive of messaging, claims development, targeting strategy and tactics with HCPs and Pharmacists

  • Lead all annual brand planning efforts for Rx/Contracted business

  • Partner with Managed Care and FFS Sales to support those relationships and help pull through related volume.

  • Own and manage all retail and independent pharmacist patient support programs to ensure business rules, performance and reporting all ensure each program optimizes for retention and profitability

  • Responsible for complete evaluation of all contracted non-personal strategy, including vendors, tactics, messaging and performance tracking. This role will empower the Sr. Brand Manager to reimagine the existing marketing strategy/plan ahead of the next fiscal year

  • All contracting and related activities for vendors associated with HCP/Professional plans

  • Represent the US in select global and new business workstreams

  • Support launch planning and execution for new products, collaborating cross functionally to ensure readiness and alignment with market strategy.

  • Manage and maintain all portfolio changes, including launches, changes and any EOL projects

  • Partner with marketing team member(s) to set forecasts, strategy and execution tactics for all HCP sample meters across the portfolio

  • Provide marketing support to the Market Access, Retailer and FSS sales teams, including creating or updating materials, messaging, training assets, and promotional tools.

  • Partner with the Digital/CRM team as the marketing lead for BGM CRM initiatives, including campaign briefing, deployment oversight, consumer experience optimization, and performance measurement. [Covers Pharmacy (Med Part B, etc), HCP (CNC, etc) and all other campaigns launched via internal CRM]

  • Lead wide-ranging revamp of in-country processes (SOPs, training, KPI development, management and agent tools) for 3rd party customer service team. Project includes functions beyond marketing, including quality, market access and DTC e-comm support

What you need for success:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing, brand marketing or integrated marketing roles is required.
  • Experience in healthcare, OTC, consumer health, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute fullfunnel marketing campaigns (3rd party promotional vendors, SEO, and CRM).
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, consumer/HCPs, and engagement optimization.
  • Experience contributing to brand strategy and aligning tactical plans to business objectives.
  • Experience with programs aimed at influencing pharmacists at point of adjudication.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM marketing, including campaign briefing, deployment oversight, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy (e.g., Medicare Part B), and HCP marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and vendors (media, SEO, influencer).

The hiring range for this position is: $154,000 - 180,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
