Summary

The Sales Consultant is the heartbeat of the Center. This position drives the process of educating potential patients through the implant process. They will be a true empathetic seller, providing meaningful and authentic patient experiences. Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to build rapport and trust with patients as they make this life changing decision. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct to consumer sales.

The ideal candidate will have financial and business savvy to help navigate, educate and assist the patient in the decision making process. The Sales Consultant creates our core tenant of bringing the Platform of Hope to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Consult (Sales) Process Throughout the Sales Cycle

  • Educate Prospective Patients on ClearChoice's Services

  • Follow up Calls to Prospective Patients

  • Building out Payment Plans for Potential Patients and align with their financial needs

  • Creating a Robust Sales Book by Proactive Outreach and Community Engagement and Lead Generation

  • Utilizing lead generation, community engagement and proactive outreach to build out a robust pipeline

  • Ensuring a Smooth and Seamless Transition from Consult to Procedure

  • Manage the Referral-Based Lead Generation Process, Working with Existing Patients to Identify Future Patients

  • Collaborate with Doctors and General Managers to Create and Drive Sales

  • Other Duties as Needed

Qualifications:

  • 5 Years of Direct to Consumer Consultative Sales

  • Experience with Loan Origination and Interest Rates

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Salesforce Experience Preferred

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated range for this position is $60,000-70,000 annual base salary plus uncapped performance-based commissions.
