Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 (Based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Tax professional to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is designed for an individual currently working in public accounting who wants more autonomy and a clear path to advancement. You will handle complex tax compliance, contribute to strategic planning, and work directly with clients.

Qualifications
  • 2 plus years of recent experience in public accounting (tax department).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Active CPA candidate tracking toward licensure (CPA license not required at hire).
  • Strong familiarity with tax software (e.g., UltraTax, GoSystem, or CCH ProSystem).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
