Job description

Are you someone who loves bringing order to systems and helping others feel confident using technology? We’re looking for a volunteer who is experienced with Neon One CRM to partner with our team and help us get the most out of a tool we know has incredible potential.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by strengthening how we manage donors, volunteers, and programs—while empowering a passionate team to work more efficiently and confidently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on training to staff on how to use Neon One effectively (at their level—no jargon overload!)
  • Help us streamline processes like donor tracking, reporting, and communications
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and serve as a go-to resource for questions
  • Review our current setup and suggest improvements or best practices
  • Create simple, easy-to-follow guides or cheat sheets for ongoing use

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience using Neon One (strongly preferred)
  • Strong ability to teach and explain systems in a clear, supportive way
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience and flexibility
  • Comfort working with a small team that is eager to learn (and may ask lots of questions!)
  • Bonus: experience with nonprofits, fundraising, or volunteer management systems
