The Ask? Client is looking for a SAP S/4HANA FSCM Consultant with subject matter expertise in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Cash and Liquidity Management (CLM), and Credit Management.   The role mandates a hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition, possessing a strong functional and technical understanding of these modules. This role involves leading and supporting implementations, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring our financial processes are optimized, compliant, and efficient within the S/4HANA landscape. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant SAP Professional Certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Treasury and Risk Management with SAP S/4HANA).
  • Experience with S/4HANA embedded analytics and Fiori apps in FSCM
  • Understanding of integration technologies (e.g., API, IDOC, SOAP/REST services).
    Familiarity with Fiori Apps relevant to Treasury, Cash, and Credit.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance/FSCM consulting.o At least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA (preferably including PCE).
  • Module Expertise - Depth Required:
    • SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM): Strong expertise in Debt & Investment Management, Foreign Exchange, Market Risk Analyzer, Portfolio Analyzer.
    • SAP Cash and Liquidity Management (CLM): In-depth knowledge of Bank Account Management (BAM), Cash Operations, Liquidity Planning, Cash Positioning, Bank Communication Manager (BCM), Cash Forecasting, Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Payment Medium Workbench (PMW), and integration with banks (e.g., SWIFT MT940, pain.001/002/008).
    • SAP Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR): Solid experience in Credit Limit Configuration, Risk Classes, Credit Rules Engine, Credit Information Integration (e.g., external credit agencies), Documented Credit Decisions (DCD), and integration with Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Functional and Business Process Expertise in Financial Instruments & Treasury Operations
  • Strong Integration Knowledge within the SAP Landscape (especially FI/CO) and External Systems
  • Analytical skills to dissect complex problems, understand the root cause (whether it''''''''s a configuration error, data issue, or process gap), and design effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles of SAP S/4HANA FSCM, focusing on TRM, CLM, and Credit Management within a Private Cloud Environment.
  • Design, configure, and prototype SAP S/4HANA TRM (Debt & Investment Management, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, CLM (Cash Operations, Bank Account Management, Payment Processing), and Credit Management (Credit Limit Checks, Credit Scorecards, Master Data Integration).
  • Ensure designs align with best practices, corporate policies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS 9, SOX).
  • Collaborate with technical teams on developments (e.g., custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms – RICEFW) and integration points with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM) and external systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into robust and scalable SAP solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize treasury, cash processes.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and resolve defects, ensuring the quality and integrity of the implemented solutions.
  • Create detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and training materials.
  • Conduct workshops and provide training to power users.
  • Work effectively within project teams, adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency.
