Software Engineer - Tristero

About the Position:

We're on the lookout for clever, early stage software engineers. At Tristero we build high performance distributed systems, and our engineers play a pivotal role in the company's success. We do a lot of systems design/implementation - primarily in golang. Our culture embraces experimentation and intellectual curiosity, favoring pragmatic, straightforward solutions over more complex but theoretically perfect ones.

About You:

  • Autodidactic: You thrive on self-guided learning and exploration.
  • Assertive: You are confident in voicing your thoughts on alternative approaches.
  • Systems-Oriented: You understand the broader impact of your code on the system as a whole.
  • Intrapersonal Skills: You want to be part of a small, high-caliber team.

Helpful Qualifications:

  • You've recently graduated from a top engineering school (or are willing to drop out)
  • Experience in golang, python, or rust
  • Familiarity with cryptography or crypto-L2s
  • Exposure to devops, statistics, and system architecture
