Trim Production Associate


POSITION SUMMARY

As a Trim Production Senior Associate, you will be responsible for performing production work on the Trim folder. You will be responsible for operating and cleaning your machine weekly to ensure it is operating at its very best.

Champion Metal Supply LLC is a metal manufacturing company in Riverside, IA. We specialize in quality metal roofs, siding, trim and accessories for Residential, Agricultural and Commercial buildings.

Our focus is on bringing value to our customers through simple, stress-free order fulfillment and establishing a great relationship with them.


OBJECTIVES

Review orders to ensure accurate trim production.

Take precise measurements for cutting and shaping.

Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete the work order.

Operate break press

Following on screen instruction on how to handle material

Adjust machine as needed or individual trim profiles

Load and unload trim from machines, carts, and dollies

Check trim for quality assurance, remove damaged parts, and document defects to align with product standard.

Identify best use of material to reduce product waste.

Maintain overstock inventory

Clean trim machine as needed

Maintain a safe and clean workstation.

Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Assist in Trim wrapping as needed
