Job description

Now Hiring – Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours
KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Finish Carpenters / Installers to join our Molding Department. This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do
• Install laminate flooring in manufactured homes
• Build and install interior doors and door components
• Install door trim, base trim, and finish carpentry materials
• Install crown molding, cap molding, and other finish details
• Assist with tile and backsplash installation
• Perform exterior painting, caulking, and surface preparation for high-quality finishes
• Ensure all work meets company quality and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For
• Previous finish carpentry, flooring, tile, or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Experience with trim, molding, flooring, or door installation is a plus
• Ability to read measurements and use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Additional Requirements
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to perform detailed finish work with precision
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
• Occasional Saturdays based on production needs

Pay & Benefits
