Job Summary:
Trihydro Corporation is searching for the right candidate to fill the position of Project Administrator at our Guadalupe, CA site. If you have a knack for general office administration, teamwork and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
This full-time position requires approximately 40 hours per week and involves a blend of project support, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project directories and handle documentation.
  • Establish and maintain organized filing systems and effective document control processes.
  • Coordinate both electronic and physical filing methods.
  • Archive, package, and ship historical records as required.
  • Manage inventory and organize supplies and equipment whenever necessary.
  • Perform various routine office responsibilities as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive outlook, and initiative at all times.
