Job description

Job Title: HAZMAT Customer Service Representative
Work Location: Virginia Beach, VA Position Classification: Full Time Security Clearance: Secret OVERVIEW Trident Technologies and Consulting - Global, LLC (d.b.a. T2C-Global) is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience to support the United States Navy, Naval Special Warfare Logistics Support Unit TWO (LOGSU-2). RESPONSIBILITIES This individual is responsible for warehouse management tasks such as receiving, stowage, receipt processing and HAZMAT program support.
โ€ข Maintain inventory control, sustainment, replenishment and issue of NSW hazardous material (HAZMAT) line items.
โ€ข Ensures all hazardous materials are properly ordered, issued, receipted, and managed in strict compliance with applicable environmental laws, DoD instructions, and naval regulations.
โ€ข Provide customer service support for the HAZMAT program to include activities such as fulfilling customer requests, stowage and compatibility considerations, provide necessary documentation to support procurement, and all disposal/disposition of HAZMAT activities.
โ€ข Coordinates directly with FLC Norfolk CHRIMP to maintain Authorized Use Lists (AUL), secure HAZMINCEN authorizations, obtain Safety Data Sheets (SDS)and ensure continuous HAZMAT locker compliance.
โ€ข Research and gather all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in support of HAZMAT program.
โ€ข Maintain all HAZMAT spaces and keep them within Navy standards for inspections. Delivers comprehensive logistics support during Group and Echelon-level Logistics Management Assessments and Inspections (LMA/LMI).
โ€ข Responsible for the accurate entry and management of all received HAZMAT within the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) to facilitate seamless inventory control and issuance.
โ€ข Oversees and enforces the proper disposal of hazardous material and waste across all NSWG-2 commands, guaranteeing adherence to local, state, and federal environmental guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS โ€ข Current DoD active SECRET clearance. โ€ข Possess and maintain forklift license up to 10,000lb capacity.
โ€ข Complete and maintain HAZMAT required training through Environmental Compliance Assessment, Training and Tracking System (ECATTS).
โ€ข Minimum five yearsโ€™ warehousing and inventory management experience within the Department of Defense (DoD).
โ€ข Minimum one year experience with the following systems: Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), NAVSUP HMM Tool, NAVSUP OneTouch, Hazardous Materials information Resource System (HMIRS), Department of Defense SHELF-LIFE Program.
โ€ข Minimum one year experience in ELMS, or equivalent database.
โ€ข Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in their official duties. Supplemental Information
