What You'll Do Here
The Business Development Sales Role is a key driver of growth at Triad Partners, responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified financial advisors to join our organization. This role requires expertise in cold calling, relationship building, and guiding prospects through our sales process to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Relationship Building
  • Call a list of qualified contacts through warm and cold calls to recruit to Triad (LEADS PROVIDED)
  • Create, build, and maintain relationships with financial advisor's offices by cold calling prospects to bring them onboard into the Triad community
  • Develop a complete knowledge of our value proposition and our offerings with the ability to communicate strategy and execution into their business
  • Appointment Setting: Inspire qualified advisors to book discovery calls with the Director of New Member Outreach.
  • Assisting newly committed advisors in the on-boarding process through licensing and release
  • Execute marketing campaigns to prospects through e-mail, webinars and mail processes

Lead Tracking & Qualification
  • CRM Management: Maintain comprehensive, accurate notes in the CRM, capturing each prospect's pain points, opportunities, and practice details.
  • Master Sheet Oversight: Update and track the progress of prospects in the sales process, ensuring no lead is overlooked.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify new qualified prospects, adding them to the master sheet and continuously updating their status.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage and qualify prospects, removing those who do not align with Triad's criteria.
