Now Hiring - Production Operators for 2nd or 3rd shift!

Starting pay $16+/hour based on experience (+$2/hour shift differential for off shifts!)

We are seeking highly motivated wash and repair warehouse operators for our Rantoul, IL location to wash and repair plastic seed bin containers using a variety of hand tools and plastic welding equipment.

What will you be doing?

• Evaluate seed bins to determine necessary repairs

• Wash seed bins using power sprayers

• Cut out replacement sections from the scrap seed bin

• Plastic weld the replacement section using proper welding techniques

• Diagnose common equipment problems and effectively communicate with maintenance personnel

• Coordinate with team members for maximum production efficiency and safety

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime

• Use basic hand tools for routine equipment adjustments and repairs

• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms, and differentiate between different colors (especially red and green). Lift and carry 50+ lbs.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Industrial warehouse environment.
