What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in tree work?

To thrive in Tree Work, proficiency in climbing, chainsaw operation, and a strong understanding of arboriculture practices are essential, often supported by a high school diploma and relevant safety certifications such as OSHA or ISA Arborist Certification.
