Tree Service Ground Worker
Elevated Tree Care & North Hills Tree Service
Elevated Tree Care & North Hills Tree Service is seeking a dependable and hardworking Tree Service Ground Worker to assist tree crews with daily operations. This position supports climbers and equipment operators by maintaining safe and efficient job sites during tree trimming, pruning, and removal projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist tree climbers and crew leaders during tree work operations
  • Drag, stack, and load brush, logs, and debris
  • Operate wood chippers, chainsaws, blowers, and other equipment safely
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Set up cones, signs, ropes, and safety equipment
  • Fuel, clean, and maintain tools and machinery
  • Assist with rigging and lowering operations
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and customers when needed
Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Valid driverโ€™s licenseย 
  • CDL is a plus
  • Previous tree service, landscaping, or construction experience preferred but not required
