Job description

We are actively seeking several part-time and full-time, groundskeeper positions to join our team!
The Grounds position consists of but is not limited to, being responsible for the overall condition of the exterior space and common area space of the property that you are assigned to, good customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers, trash and debris pick up, monitoring the overall condition of exteriors of the buildings and signage, pool maintenance, breezeway housekeeping, snow, and ice removal, flower and tree maintenance, dog waste and cigarette butt removal, and assisting the Maintenance Tech with maintenance duties whenever possible/needed.
The pay scale is subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances and is to be set by Senior Management. The position may be adjusted from Hourly to Salary.
