• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy plans for clients, ensuring their specific needs and goals are addressed.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive care integration that maximizes client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to remain current with best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and encompass a wide range of ages, presenting with various mental health challenges. We focus on providing care to underserved populations, including individuals experiencing trauma, substance abuse issues, relationship difficulties, and general mental health concerns. Our goal is to empower clients by equipping them with tools to manage their mental health in their daily lives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other related technologies.

• Specialization or significant experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is favorable.
• Proven track record of effectively managing a caseload and providing high-quality care.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
