Position Overview:

The Tree Care Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a commercial tree care branch. This role ensures safety, production efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met while maintaining strong communication with sales representatives, and internal teams. The Account Manager leads by example, promotes company culture, and drives operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Plan, schedule, all work orders

Monitor job progress and ensure alignment with project plans and deadlines.

Track crew hours using BOSS and ensure all operational processes are followed.

Safety & Compliance

Conduct safety tailgate meetings using topics provided by the Regional Operations Manager.

Ensure all employees follow safety protocols and use proper PPE.

Promote a culture of safety and accountability across the branch.

Quality Control

Perform regular site visits to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.

Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Train and coach crews to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Client & Sales Communication

Maintain consistent communication with assigned sales representatives and clients.

Coordinate scheduling and job updates to ensure client satisfaction.

Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, contractors, and partners.

Team Leadership

Hire, train, and develop crew members.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
