A typical day on a Tree Lot involves greeting customers, helping them select and load trees, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, and handling cash or electronic sales transactions. Team members may also trim and prep trees, manage inventory, and assist with unloading new shipments. Work is often outdoors and can require lifting, so it’s both active and hands-on. Employees collaborate closely to ensure the lot runs efficiently, especially during peak times like weekends or the holiday season.
