Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and establish tailored treatment plans.
• Lead individualized psychotherapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.
• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring that each session contributes meaningfully to the client’s mental health journey.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards, including thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients regardless of their location, thus extending our reach to individuals who may not have easy access to mental health services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations to refine therapeutic skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will vary from adolescents to adults and includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to suit diverse backgrounds and personal experiences, utilizing empathy and understanding to foster connections that facilitate healing.

Qualifications

• A current, state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex clinical concepts in accessible terms.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathy and building strong therapeutic alliances.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to handle caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in telehealth services or digital therapy models is highly desirable. Familiarity with clinical documentation software and teletherapy platforms will enhance effectiveness in this role. Additional training in specific therapeutic modalities or populations may set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, based on your caseload and professional experience.
