The Work: 1. Firewood Production & Delivery Efficiency

Lead and coordinate daily firewood processing, splitting, packaging, and delivery to ensure smooth operations and on-time service.

2. Customer Service & Satisfaction

Communicate clearly with customers from order to delivery, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and ensure every interaction reflects our companyโ€™s professionalism and aloha.

Track and manage inventory, reusable racks, and vendor orders to ensure product availability and cost control.

4. Team Training & Development

Train, coach, and motivate the firewood team. Lead by example and reinforce company values, safety, and performance standards.

5. Farm Maintenance & Organization

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe farm environment. Ensure equipment, tools, and materials are properly cared for, inspected, and secured daily.

Requirements:
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License & Clean Driverโ€™s Abstract
  • Proven leadership and management experience (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Deadline-oriented and highly organized
  • Physically able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs
  • Sales or logistics experience is a plus
