Job description

Bluestem Outdoor Services is seeking an experienced Professional Tree Climber to join our growing Tree Division. This is a hands-on production position for a skilled climber who can safely and efficiently perform pruning, removal, and other advanced tree-care work.
Requirements
  • At least five years of professional tree-climbing experience
  • Previous experience working for a professional tree-service company
  • Strong knowledge of climbing and rigging techniques
  • Ability to climb and work safely in large or difficult trees
  • Experience performing pruning, tree removals, and deadwood removal
  • Knowledge of proper chainsaw use and tree-care practices
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Texas weather
  • English communication skills preferred but not required
