· Experience supporting SOX audits, including control documentation, walkthroughs, testing coordination, evidence collection, audit requests, and remediation of control deficiencies.

· Experience with complex capital structures, credit agreements, project finance facilities, tax equity structures, or renewable energy assets strongly preferred.

· Ability to manage banking relationships and communicate effectively with lenders, investors, auditors, and senior executives.

· Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· High accuracy, judgment, discretion, and accountability when handling confidential financial information.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and treasury, banking, ERP, or financial reporting systems.

· Prior leadership experience building or scaling a treasury function.

Key Competencies

· Strategic financial leadership with strong operational execution.

· Clear communication and ability to explain complex treasury matters.

· Collaboration across finance, legal, tax, operations, asset management, and external partners.

· Sound judgment, risk awareness, and ability to manage competing priorities.
