Job description

Sales Process & Strategy Associate - Treasury Management

The Treasury Management (TM) Revenue Operations Team partners with TM Sales Leadership to establish sales strategy, sales expectations, maintain data integrity, and design and deliver accountability mechanisms to drive sales behaviors.

As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an ecosystem and operating model to support the entire TM Sales Organization - from new opportunities to client management and retention. System design elements will include process and infrastructure, technology, information flow and routines, and metrics which drive business outcomes. This associate will serve as a Salesforce liaison, develop data and reporting routines that sales and leadership relies on to run the business.

This associate should be a white-space thinker with the ability to navigate cross-functional organizations and resolve complex problems along the way. This associate should have a well-rounded toolkit of skills including, strong analytical acumen, process and systems design principles, project management and delivery, and the ability to build trust and buy-in from senior leaders. This associate should have the ability to develop iterative solutions, with a "get better tomorrow" mindset, while also contemplating long-term infrastructure and investments to be made.


Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing, designing, and implementation of the management system infrastructure for TM Sales

  • Serving as Salesforce liaison for TM Sales: managing access requests, org changes, and client assignments, pipeline accuracy and revenue forecasting,

  • Identifying system opportunities and problems in order to drive business outcomes and performance.

  • Maintaining existing sales reports and dashboards and running data integrity routines to ensure sales and leadership has the information to run the business.

  • Partnering with the centralized sales analytics team to adopt shared metrics, standards, and infrastructure while adapting execution to TM's needs

  • Building agendas and performance updates to share with partners and stakeholders

  • Communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis and developing best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 year of Project Management or Process Management experience

  • At least 1 year of Process Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM administration or Sales Force Effectiveness

  • 2+ years of of Process Design and Process Engineering experience

  • 2+ years of experience with operational analysis, data management, reporting and analytics

  • 2+ years of experience using Agile tools and methodology

  • 2+ years of experience working with Sales and Data teams, including tracking data and reporting on key performance indicators

  • 1+ years of Management Consulting experience

  • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL), Snowflake, Tableau, or Business Intelligence Tools

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $108,900 - $124,300 for Principal Process Manager


Richmond, VA: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Process Manager










Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
