Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Treasury Sales Associate (TSA) to support Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) who manage complex, global Large Corporate clients within the Natural Resources Group (NRG). The TSA will help drive sales execution, enhance client engagement, and ensure delivery against key sales KPIs across the full suite of liquidity, payments, receipts, FX, card, and trade/supply chain finance solutions. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self driven, and demonstrates a growth mindset. This role spans the entire sales cycle-from initial prospecting through implementation, and on going relationship management and growth. It pays a critical part in coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), supporting both new client acquisition and the deepening of existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Portfolio Revenue & Growth: Partner closely with TSOs to develop and execute portfolio growth strategies, including identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand product penetration across NRG clients.

  • Sales Process Execution: Provide essential support throughout the sales lifecycle, including proposal generation, presentation development, pricing analysis, revenue tracking, pipeline management, and coordination of client meeting preparation, delivery, and follow up.

  • Client Relationship Support: Help manage and strengthen relationships with global, complex clients through consistent delivery, industry awareness, and early-stage client engagement opportunities, including participation in client meetings.

  • Treasury Advisory & Solutioning: Collaborate with product specialists and internal partners to recommend and design customized cash management and treasury solutions aligned to client needs.

  • Cross Functional Partnership: Work with regional TSOs, Corporate Bankers, Product Solutions Specialists, Dedicated Service and Implementation Advisors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of treasury services and execution of client requirements.

  • Operational & Industry Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of treasury products, global cash management operations, and bank processes to provide credible support and differentiated insights to clients and internal partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program

  • Analyzes issues and develops solutions to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners
