CNB is looking for a qualified, motivated, and client- and team-focused individual to join our team as a Director of Integrated Banking Solutions. This position will be housed ON-SITE at either our Tecumseh, Hillsdale, or Jackson County location.

JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Integrated Banking Solutions leads the Bank's Private Banking and Treasury Management functions while serving as a key partner to Wealth Management. This role will elevate the client experience through coordinated financial solutions for all client needs. The Director of Integrated Banking Solutions will develop business, strengthen client relationships, and promote collaboration across business lines to provide a seamless experience for our clients. This position will manage team performance, support sales and service initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policy. The Director of Integrated Banking Solutions will demonstrate strong leadership, relationship management, strategic thinking, and a broad understanding of private banking, treasury management, and wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the Bank's Private Banking and Treasury Management divisions, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives and growth initiatives.
Develop and execute integrated banking strategies to enhance the client experience through coordinated delivery of private banking, treasury management, and wealth management solutions
Serve as the partner to Wealth Management, fostering collaboration to identify opportunities, deepen relationships, and deliver holistic financial solutions to our clients.
Utilize a deep understanding of the complex financial needs or our high net-worth clients and deliver a customized banking experience.
Lead business development efforts to grow Private Banking and Treasury Management portfolios through referrals, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
Promote a culture of collaboration across all lines of business to ensure a seamless client experience.
Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team by establishing clear performance expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting professional growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement by encouraging collaboration, operational excellence, client centric decision making, and achievement of Bank goals.
Establish sales objectives and performance metrics for Private Banking and Treasury Management teams while monitoring progress toward business goals.
Maintain a deep understanding of Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth Management products and services to effectively advise clients and support business development.
Partner with executive leadership to identify market trends, evaluate competitive positioning, and develop strategies to expand market share and client relationships.
Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations, internal policies, risk management standards, and audit requirements.
Performs various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive experience with demonstrated leadership experience.
Preferred:
10 years of experience in Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth Management or related financial services.
Experience working within a community bank.
