Job Title - Treasury Management Sales Associate I

Payrate:$27.50/hr on w2

Job Location - 8850 Boedeker Street, Dallas, Texas 75225

Duration : 6 months Possibility for extension

 Sales Associates are part of the Sales Delivery Team and are responsible for supporting Treasury Management Officers with sales, pricing, portfolio management, and administrative activities that support the treasury management sales process. Responsibilities are completed with limited supervision, in a proactive manner, and involve accountability for execution and decision-making. This role provides exposure to treasury management sales, solution development, and relationship management while developing the skills necessary for future career growth opportunities within Treasury Management and Commercial Banking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support assigned Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales process and integrate with local and regional teams.
  • Support pricing activities, including proformas, profitability analysis, pricing models, approval submissions, and supporting documentation.
  • Engage in portfolio management activities, relationship reviews, working capital analysis, and identification of revenue enhancement and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support proposal and RFP processes, including intake review, coordination of responses, stakeholder engagement, tracking deliverables, and submission support.
  • Coordinate activities across internal partners to support solution development and execution of sales opportunities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, and administrative activities that support Treasury Management sales efforts.
  • Assist with implementation follow-up, service requests, issue resolution, and sales support activities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, documentation maintenance, reporting, and special projects.
  • Participate in internal sales strategy discussions and team meetings as appropriate.
  • Work jointly with cross-functional partners to deliver an exceptional experience for internal and external clients.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years of banking, treasury management, commercial banking, sales support, or related financial services experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking and project management experience.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting sales processes, pricing, proposals, RFPs, or portfolio management activities preferred.
