Job description

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, implementation/maintenance of treasury management products and services and providing support/training for Treasury Management clients (internal/external) on a wide variety of products. This role will work closely with clients, our Treasury Management Sales Team, and bankers, to provide the best treasury management solutions for our clients’ needs. This position will report to the Treasury Management Operations Manager.
EXPECTATIONS:
• Support the Treasury Management Sales Officers and Bankers with implementations/maintenance and client support.
• Have a detailed understanding of typical Treasury Management product offerings (ACH, Wire, Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Account Analysis, etc.)
• Identify clients’ issues and work to provide solutions quickly or research to determine the appropriate solution
• Ability to research and solve complex issues independently
• Communicate effectively with clients, TM sales, bankers and TM operations team members.
• Must be able to successfully work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Act as a key contact for clients, TM sales, and bankers, by addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Support and assist the Treasury Management Operations Manager with any other responsibilities as requested.
• Continuously demonstrate strong adherence to Bank policies and procedures, as well as company values.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Treasury Management Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
COMPETENCIES:
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management products (e.g., ACH, Wire transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture).
• Ability to educate and share product knowledge with team members.
• Working knowledge of the compliance standards associated with TM products.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations exercising flexibility, critical thinking skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research issues, summarize findings, and make meaningful recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to complete all assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
