JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Management Sales Analyst sales-focused and supports Treasury Management Sales Officers, Relationship Managers, and Retail Banking teams in the delivery and sale of Treasury Management solutions to commercial clients and prospects. They are responsible for sales support, client onboarding, implementation coordination, portfolio management, reporting, pricing analysis, profitability modeling, relationship support, and client training. The Treasury Management Sales Analyst works closely with clients, prospects, and internal business partners to ensure an exceptional client experience while supporting revenue growth and retention objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Supports Treasury Management Sales Officers across multiple markets in achieving sales, revenue, and portfolio growth goals.

  • Assists with sales presentations, client proposals, RFP responses, relationship reviews, pre-call planning, profitability analyses, pricing models, account structures, and revenue reporting.

  • Participates in client and prospect meetings and supports sales efforts generated through referrals from Relationship Managers, Retail Banking, and other internal business partners.

  • Identifies opportunities to expand Treasury Management services within existing and prospective client relationships and supports initiatives designed to increase referral generation and product adoption.

  • Prepares, reviews, and ensures accurate execution of Treasury Management onboarding documentation.

  • Coordinates implementation activities between clients and internal departments, monitors progress through completion and provides proactive status updates to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Coordinates communication among clients, sales officers, operations, and other bank partners to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Conducts Treasury Management and online banking product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and training sessions for clients and prospects.

  • Provides ongoing client education and support regarding Treasury Management products, online banking services, product functionality, security features, operational best practices, and available service enhancements.

  • Reviews initial account analysis statements to ensure accurate billing of implemented services.

  • Researches, troubleshoots, and resolves client service issues and serves as a backup resource for escalated requests and issue resolution.

  • Assists with the management of Treasury Management relationships, including RDC and ACH exposure renewals, service enhancements, and client education initiatives.

  • Maintains strong working relationships with branch, retail, and other internal partners and provides education on Treasury Management products, features, and client positioning.

  • Reviews and responds to referrals from Retail Banking and other business lines.

  • Assists with product reviews, enhancements, competitive analysis, marketing collateral updates, and other initiatives that support Treasury Management growth and effectiveness.

  • Maintains reports related to sales activity, portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and revenue generation and assists management with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field required.

  • 1 - 3 years of Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, or related financial services experience preferred.

  • Strong interest in Treasury Management sales and relationship development.

  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, the Windows environment, and internet research skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while performing assigned duties.

  • Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Must be self-motivated with strong initiative, high level of accountability, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to always maintain a high degree of ethical standards and complete confidentiality.
