This role plays a critical part in enabling resilient operations, real-time cash intelligence, and strong risk and control environments through modern, scalable technology.
How you'll help move us forward
As the Director, Treasury Systems Support, you will have end-to-end ownership of treasury technology platforms, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), payment hubs, and bank connectivity solutions. You will define the treasury technology roadmap, ensure operational excellence, and partner across Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk, and the broader enterprise to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing treasury systems team, strengthening technical capability, governance, and judgment across the function.
What you'll do
Treasury Technology Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the full lifecycle of treasury systems, including TMS, payment platforms, and bank connectivity solutions.
  • Define and maintain the treasury technology roadmap aligned with Treasury strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with ERP and finance platforms.

Systems Operations & Production Support
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of treasury platforms.
  • Oversee daily production support, including incident management, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination.
  • Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning for treasury systems.

Payments & Bank Connectivity
  • Enable payment processing across ACH, wires, RTGS, checks, and emerging payment rails.
  • Oversee bank connectivity methods such as SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs, and secure file transfers.
  • Ensure effective fraud prevention controls, sanctions screening, and approval workflows are embedded within systems.

Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Ensure treasury systems deliver accurate, timely, and auditable data to support cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity stress testing, and debt and investment reporting.
  • Partner with Treasury and Finance stakeholders to enhance dashboards, automation, and data quality.

Risk, Controls & Compliance
  • Ensure treasury systems meet internal control and regulatory requirements, including SOX, cybersecurity, access controls, and data governance standards.
  • Oversee user access provisioning and segregation of duties.
  • Support internal and external audits and lead remediation of system-related findings.

Vendor & Third-Party Management
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for treasury technology vendors and partners (e.g., FIS, Kyriba, SWIFT).
  • Support contract management, SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and roadmap alignment.
  • Coordinate system testing and connectivity changes with banking partners.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as a bridge between Treasury and IT, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Investments, Corporate Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Risk.
  • Support enterprise initiatives impacting Treasury, including ERP transformations and data strategy programs.

Leadership & Governance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop treasury systems analysts and support staff.
  • Establish operating models, governance forums, documentation standards, and best practices for change and release management.
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across the treasury systems function.

The experience you bring
  • 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury).
  • Strong understanding of banking connectivity (SWIFT, APIs), payment platforms, ERP integrations, and treasury operations.
  • Solid knowledge of cash positioning, liquidity management, short-term borrowing and investing, and counterparty risk.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.

What makes you stand out
