Summary:
As a Treasury Associate, you manage treasury operations including bank relationships, processing funding requests, operating payments, and maintaining accounts. You prepare daily cash positions, bank reconciliations, and borrowing base reports, support accounts payable and finance functions, and help maintain internal controls and compliance. You also assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary contact for all treasury responsibilities, including: 
    • Maintain bank relationships
    • Process borrower funding requests in the form of wires and ACH 
    • Monitor daily activity to ensure the accurate and timely release of wire and ACH transactions
    • Process operating expense payments 
    • Open, close and maintain bank accounts
  • Prepare various reconciliations 
  • Prepare and process month-end journal entries
  • Prepare daily cash position reports. 
  • Prepare daily borrowing base files for revolving lines of credit and process daily funding requests. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on alternative funding strategies to ensure sufficient availability for daily funding needs.
  • Perform analysis of the monthly revolving line of credit interest statements. 
  • Support accounts payable and finance functions. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls and process documentation. 
  • Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as required 
  • Other duties as assigned by direct, department, or division leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Post secondary education in accounting or equivalent. 
  • Detail-oriented and deadline driven with a high degree of accuracy.  
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high quality work. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data: sorting, subtotaling, and reconciling. 
  • Experience working with multi currencies and multi entities. 
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.  
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
